Mustang Moms was formed in August 2000 as an Auxiliary to the Kennesaw Mountain High School Football Booster Club, Inc. to provide support for the coaches and players of the Mustang Football Program at KMHS.
WHAT WE DO:
ON THURSDAYS:
· Serve Pre-game Meals to the 9th grade and JV team players and coaching staff
o Pre-game meals provided by local restaurant sponsors
ON FRIDAYS:
· Serve Pre-game Meals to the Varsity team players and coaching staff
o Pre-game meals provided by local restaurant sponsors
· Game Day Mustang Mania
o Provide treats to the Varsity team players on game day
· Attend Mustang Mom lunches at pre-designated restaurant sponsors
THROUGH OUT SEASON:
· Coordinate Mustang Moms’ Football Camp (TBD)
· Plan Meet the Mustangs (TBD)
· Plan the End-of-Year Banquet for Players and Coaching Staff (TBD)
· Provide dinner for the Senior players on the Wednesday of Homecoming Week
· Provide dinner for the Senior Players during Senior Week
· Community Service Event – Rally Foundation 4 Quarters 4 Research Campaign
o Traditionally during KMHS vs. Harrison game
· Coordinate Varsity Player of the Game Recognition (yard sign and brownies)
· Coordinate and Provide Coaches Meals for film review on Sunday afternoons
· Golf Tournament – Monday June 21st
· 2010 Legacy from Mustang Moms and Senior Players – TBD
